Jackie has been a member of the Society since 1999, after attending a training course at Hindlip College with her Labrador Cassie.

She was co-opted onto the committee in 2005 and took on the role of website administrator and newsletter editor. In March 2010 Jackie became a full committee member and was elected Membership Secretary.

She has kept labradors since 1970 mainly as pets, and it is only in the last two years , since having a new puppy and doing lots of training, that she has started to compete in working tests.

Jackie takes an active part in Society annual working tests, demonstrations at various game fairs, and scurries at the shows held at The Three Counties Showground.

She also beats at a couple of shoots in the Worcestershire area and is looking forward to introducing her young dog to picking up next season.
